Churrasco is a traditional method of cooking various kinds of meat on a big skewer, especially beef. Large and small pieces alike are grilled in a special grill.

Rodizio is a way of serving meat whereby the „passadores de carne“ slice the meat off the skewers directly onto your plate. You also find a paper circle on the table. Turning the green side up sends a signal saying "Fill my plate!"
